robotics and coding than building and programming your own robot. POPI is an open source quadruped project we all can learn from. It was initially started as a student project and was built from scratch with a budget of 4k euros.

POPI is not the most agile robot but its code, drawings and bill of materials are available online, so you can always try building your own.
